WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. You may choose between UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air:

- UPS Ground: Free Shipping for S/Plus members. All orders will be shipped the same day or next day as warehouse volume allows.

- UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available for an additional cost. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

The delivery date given at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays and weather can affect the delivery timeframe for express shipping and the shipping cost will not be refunded for any of these reasons.

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

THERE SEEMS TO BE A FAULT WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service and we will determine the best way to assist you with the issue.  

CAN I REQUEST AMENDMENTS ON MY INVOICE?

Your invoice is automatically printed out when your order is dispatched. This includes the invoicing address you provided when placing your order. Please ensure that all information is correct t as it cannot once the order has been placed.

IF I PURCHASED MY PRODUCT, HOW DO I RETURN IT TO AFTER-SALES SERVICE?

First, you will need to have the product assessed by a customer service agent to determine if your product is eligible for warranty. 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER SUBMITTING MY ORDER?

No. We try our best to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Our system does not enable us to change your delivery address after you have submitted your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF IT IS UNSUITABLE?

Items cannot be exchanged, but may be returned. If the product is returned in accordance with the Salomon return policy and meets the refund conditions, you will receive a full refund.
